The first step in our process is to sit down and have a consultation with you to discuss ideas around your new home.This will be a relaxed session where we get to know each other and discover how we can potentially move forward with you. From here we’ll go away and discuss with our architectural draughtsman on how to bring your ideas to life.
Now we will present our architectural plans to you and work towards finalising a design that you fall in love with.This will include an initial sketch to ensure we align on what you want, working towards a final design with 3D renders. We’ll only move forward from here once you’re happy.
With everything ready to go, we’ll get all the paperwork sorted and get started on your new home.We’ll provide you with timelines from start to completion and keep you updated along the way.
