The stunning features
This wasn’t your usual build as our client had very specific desires when it came to design, functionality and features of the home.
There were two stand out features of this build that enhanced this already beautiful home. We installed a Powerglide lift shaft for a state-of-the art elevator into the home as well as a Waterware Active Ceiling system that is hidden behind the ceiling drywall.

The final design
From a design perspective we loved the clients desire to have wood grain features all throughout the whole house. The home also included a stunning deck that overlooked an outdoor pool.
